7 day return policy -- If you are not 100% satisfied with your order a full refund in the form of store credit will be provided to customers who return merchandise within 7 days of the date of purchase. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
14 day return policy -- If merchandise ordered arrives to the customer in a defective, tarnished, or otherwise faulty condition, a full refund in the form of store credit will be provided, so long as the customer: 1) files a claim with customer service at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the merchandise; and 2) submits photos of the merchandise along with the claim.
